Living Room + Kitchen

The Living Room + Kitchen are at the villa’s social core, adjacent to the pool and garden with open air sliding walls for ultimate cross breeze. Features include: large L sofa, wifi, screen + HD projector, surround sound, personal device hookup, a few books, some games, and a deck of cards. We feel it’s important to point out that this home is not intended for late night parties, and we don’t have any TVs by design.

Chef service is central to the CX experience. We have worked with your chefs to showcase a family-style menu influenced by regional traditions and Mexican comfort food that is always fresh utilizing seasonal, local ingredients. We offer something for everyone, pay tribute to the traditional style of the Yucatan, and encourage vegetarian options. We have large drinking water-coolers for cooking and filling up your personal travel bottle (we discourage the purchase of plastic water bottles), and serve locally sourced specialty coffee. Essentials on hand: blender, toaster, outdoor grill, stove top with oven, citrus juicer, and a bunch more gear.
