WHEN DO I GET ACCESS?
We try to cover most questions in our FAQs. About 2-3 weeks before your arrival, we’ll reach out with our official Welcome email to kick off planning. This email will include Planning Portal log in details, and an introduction to your house manager/concierge. If you have a special occasion and want to get started sooner, just contact us!
