Every Casa Xixim reservation includes 3 family-style meals per day by our 2 chefs. In advance of arrival, we'll have you select your 1st dinner and 1st breakfast from our menu. The menu has instructions, and if needed the concierge and chefs can help you select the rest of your group’s meals once you've arrived. A family-style menu means 1-2 main entries, and 2-3 sides/salads for everyone to share.

Because of our remote location our chefs do grocery shopping in advance of your arrival, and then shop every 1-2 days thereafter. The chefs ask to be reimbursed with cash pesos every few days based on shopping receipt totals. We generally estimate a range of 500 – 800 Mexican pesos per person per day, not including alcohol or seafood.

We consider coffee an artisanal delight, and Mexico produces some of the finest coffees in the world. We serve Drip Café Especial coffee of Mexico City–who partners with small, local coffee growers. Beans are roasted by owner Santiago Sota and shipped fresh to Casa Xixim. Sota's roasting style highlights the natural qualities of the bean and subtleties of flavor.

From the Casa Xixim Guest Planning Portal we can assist you in booking a door-to-door private airport shuttle with our transportation partner. For getting around during your stay we can coordinate a rental car to be delivered to the house, assist with taxis, or you may inquire about private vehicle + driver rates.

We have personally curated an adventure guide highlighting cultural tours and nature adventures. We take care in partnering with operators that respect the environment and Mayan heritage. We provide a list of recommendations ranging from family-friendly activities, to culinary delights, sporty adventures, and beyond.

Casa Xixim has 4 primary suites that have their own unique personalities to fit everyone in your group. Each suite is spacious, private, includes a patio or terrance, and are outfitted with Tuft & Needle mattresses, AC, laptop safes, and Haiku efficient ceiling fans.

Due to our off-grid sustainable waste water wetlands system (no septic tank) we provide eco-friendly bath products. Suds up with our all natural honey shampoo, conditioner and soaps made by Yucatan Senses. To eliminate plastic waste we refill our vessels for each guest.

You’ll sleep easy in our luxe Parachute sheets. Beds are topped with a cozy cotton blanket and an extra throw. Additional pillows and blankets are in each closet. Baths are outfitted with plush towels. Fresh towels and linens are provided on the third day of your stay.

Our groundskeeper is typically up with the sun to rake our private beach, skim the pool, water the gardens, and tend to our variety of beach gear. We keep a supply of snorkel gear and sand toys in a beachside cabinet, and have a variety of kayaks and SUP boards for your enjoyment on tranquil Soliman Bay.

As an ecoluxe home, we don’t have glass windows by design and instead our doors have louvers with screens to keep the elements out. We recommend leaving the sliding to our staff as they can be quite heavy, and the floor pins can be tricky. They’ll typically open all doors in the morning and close them at twilight. You can request to keep any doors closed.

While our groundskeeper tends to various maintenance and care of our facilities, he is always available to help pull in a kayak, call for a taxi, carry a suitcase, and is a master with his machete and a coconut.
